How long will my stools take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are packed the same business day from our Melbourne warehouse. Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra and Brisbane typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Perth, Darwin and regional areas usually arrive in 4–7 business days.
How much is delivery?
Flat rate $19 Australia-wide, and free on orders over $199. Every order is tracked and you'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
What if the stools aren't right?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Stools must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact our Australian support team and we'll arrange the return.
Are the stools assembled?
Most stools arrive flat-packed with the tools and instructions included, and take around 10 minutes each to assemble. Assembly details are listed on every product page.
